General

The following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are valid between you and The Better Half ("TBH," "us," or "we"), a brand owned and operated by Geetika Yeshwantrao, and apply to all use of and orders placed on our website www.tbh-thebetterhalf.com, and orders made by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram with our customer care team (together, the "Website").

TBH does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or available for purchase, and reserves the right to stop selling any product at any time. Orders can only be placed by persons 18 years or older.

TBH reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The date of the latest update is found at the top of this page. You are responsible for keeping yourself updated with any changes. The Terms valid for your order are always the Terms in effect at the time you placed your order, not a later version.

Language

The language of these Terms is English.

My Account

When you place an order on our Website, you can choose to create an account or check out as a guest. If you create an account, we store the information you provide — including shipping and billing address and email address — to manage your orders. You will be able to log in to view your order history, track orders, and register return requests.

If you check out as a guest, you can still track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you would like an account deleted, please contact us at hello@tbh-thebetterhalf.com and our customer care team will assist you.

Placing an Order

By using the Website and/or placing an order with us — via the Website, email, WhatsApp, or Instagram — you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Before placing your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, and the total order value, and to correct any input errors.

Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer until you have completed checkout and received your order confirmation email. If a prolonged period of inactivity causes your session to time out, your cart selections may be lost and will need to be re-added.

Order Confirmation

After you submit your order, we will send an order confirmation email with your order number, product details, payment details, and delivery information. This confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order — it is not an acceptance of the order.

Acceptance & Shipping Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept an order for any reason, without liability to you. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email — this email constitutes our acceptance of your order.

If a product is found to be unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you by email or phone. If payment has already been received for that product, we will issue a refund or store credit, as applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing hello@tbh-thebetterhalf.com. Beyond this window, the order is locked for processing and cannot be cancelled. Our Returns Policy will apply instead, and the order value will be issued as store credit upon return.

Colours

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in device screens and colour settings, the colours of products shown on the Website may differ slightly from their actual appearance. TBH cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.

Prices

All prices shown on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST. Prices and delivery costs may vary from time to time, and TBH is not bound by a price until we have accepted your order by sending a shipping confirmation.

If the price of a product changes after you place an order but before we have accepted it, we will notify you by email and give you the option to proceed at the new price or cancel your order. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled and any payment received will be refunded or issued as store credit.

TBH reserves the right to cancel any order prior to acceptance, and may also cancel an order after acceptance if the price information was clearly incorrect and you knew or reasonably should have known this. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

Payments

Payments on the Website are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Your payment method is debited at the time of placing your order. All card and UPI transactions are processed using a secure, encrypted payment gateway. You confirm that any payment method used is your own, or that you are authorised by its owner to use it.

All payments are subject to validation checks by the relevant payment provider. If a payment provider declines authorisation, your order will be cancelled. TBH is not responsible for any charges or penalties imposed by your payment provider in connection with your order.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are valid for a single use per customer unless otherwise stated, and cannot be combined with other offers or applied to items already on sale or discount. TBH reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or invalidate a discount code at any time, including after it has been issued.

Quality Guarantee

TBH acts in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection regulations. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@tbh-thebetterhalf.com. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are honoured by us, and all such requests will be handled per the process outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

You may view, download, and print this content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided this notice remains intact.

Trademarks

TBH's trademarks include, but are not limited to, the name "TBH," "The Better Half," and our logo. Your use of this Website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
