4. WhatsApp & SMS Communication

Transactional messages relating to an active order (such as shipping and delivery updates) may continue regardless of marketing opt-out status, as these are necessary to fulfil your order.

Shipping and logistics partners (including Shiprocket and, for international orders, DHL Express) to fulfil and deliver your order

6. International Orders

TBH currently ships within India. International shipping is part of our roadmap and will be rolled out in phases. Once introduced, your information (including name, address, and order details) may be shared with international shipping carriers for the purpose of customs clearance and delivery, and placing an international order will constitute your consent to this transfer of information outside India for fulfilment purposes.
